At the end of a 6 minute drive, the driver claimed there was an extra 10 euros “voorrijkosten fee”, even though he knew the destination from the start. This 10€ on top of the 3.2€ starting fee, resulted in almost 20€ for a 1km (6 minutes) drive which with any other company would have costed 6-8€. Utterly disgusting way of doing business. Saddening to see how big cab companies scam their customers, resulting in Uber being preferred and the old fashioned cab company dying out.
Right on time! I have called them the day before and scheduled the cab for 04AM a bit skeptical if they would be there due to the time but our driver showed up 🙌🏾
I booked a cab for really early in the morning, I was worried they might not come since other company had cancelled on me before. They came to the meeting point even 5min earlier! The driver was also really friendly. I recommend them!
